It’s no secret that craft beer is having a moment-- it’s a great time to be a beer lover! That said, with more and more craft breweries entering the game, how do you attract new customers to your brewery? It’s important that you set your brewery apart from bars (boring!) and other breweries. Here are three simple ways to make a name for yourself among the competition:

 

1) Make great beer

This should go without saying, but let’s be clear, the most important part of any successful brewery is good beer. Sorry did I say good? I meant great. If customers love your beer, they’ll keep coming back, and nothing beats positive word of mouth.

 

2) Be active on social media

Speaking of word of mouth, social media is one way to give your fans an opportunity to spread the word! Social media can be a great way to display your offerings for free and to give the public an idea of the culture your business represents. People want to know what makes you different, and social media is the best way to show them!

 

 

3) Host an event at your brewery!

Hosting an event at your brewery is an excellent way to attract groups and new customers. Events will also help to get people in the door and ensure they take their time exploring everything you have to offer! Consider some of the following events to stay competititve:
